If your production is geared toward smaller audiences, requiring an intimate space Mystic Independent Theater may be a perfect match.

Musical performances

Acoustic and low-volume electric musical performances: duos, trios, quartets, quintets, jazz, celtic, folk, contemporary, low-volume rock, experimental, traditional music, classical, blues, latin, pop, r&b, country, world music, all forms. Tell us what you would like to play. Our one firm requirement is that volume levels must not be loud.

Dramatic performances

The theater is suited for performances with minimal stage requirements. Please contact us to discuss your project, or to tour the theater.

Mystic Independent Theater Performance Proposal

Performances must be approved by theater staff prior to booking.Please download a Mystic Independent Theater Performance Proposal and e-mail the word document back to us for information about your production.

Because of the nature of our intimate space, we need to access the needs of your production and our capabilities. If your performance is right for our theater, you may reserve the theater for a flat fee. Negotiated door-splits may be available in lieu of hourly rates with additional guidelines.

We appreciate the uniqueness of every production, and look forward to seeing your proposal.

The theater is downstairs, not wheelchair-accessible

The building is handicapped accessible, however the theater is not, and requires going downstairs. Public restrooms are available one level up, on the ground floor. We regret that we cannot accommodate all, due these restrictions.
